”What a belvedere!” Means what a beautiful view in Italian. The different perspectives represents the relationship between the residents and visitors the building shall accommodate - receiving new perspectives through meeting new people and sharing knowledge and experiences with each other. Perspectives also creates individual atmospheres that will suit each persons.

Black leather, old teak details, brass and chrome are some of the features. The materials should emphasises the revival of the building and its history. In addition, to sustainable and long-lasting solutions that creates high quality design.
